Once it is cut out and decorated to your liking, tape a plastic bag to the the back of the mitten and add the animals to the mitten as you go! If you’d like to just look at the symbols as you go, that’s great too! Enjoy! VIEW HERE You can print these animals out and practice adding them to your own mitten at home! If you do not have a mitten, you can trace or have help tracing your hand in the shape of a mitten. On the pdf below you will find the animals from the story, along with some useful vocabulary.
